Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all payments made for access to or use of the Shankha mobile application and related digital services provided by AI Saarthi Labs LLP (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Shankha provides digital spiritual wellness and chat-based guidance services.
As our offerings consist entirely of intangible, digital content delivered instantly upon purchase or activation, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once access has been granted.

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made towards:

• Subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, annual, or otherwise),

• Per-chat or session-based services, and

• Any other in-app purchases or digital offerings,

are final and non-refundable.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused chat time, or accidental purchases.

3. Exceptions (if applicable)

Refunds may be considered only in the following limited cases:

• Duplicate payment due to a technical error, or

• Failure to deliver service caused solely by our system error.

In such cases, you can contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction at [support@shankha-app.com] (or your official support email), along with the transaction details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

4. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting our support team.
Cancellation will stop future renewals, but the current paid period will continue until expiry — no pro-rata refund will be provided for the unused duration.

5. Disputes

All refund and billing-related disputes are handled directly by Ai Saarthi Labs LLP.
Payment partners such as Razorpay act only as facilitators and do not determine refund eligibility.
