Shankha App Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Shankha app ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Description of Service Shankha provides users with AI-based chats with Hindu gods, daily thoughts, videos about religious stories, and curated content such as bhajans, aartis, and religious movies. Future features may include e-commerce, travel packages, social media, and voice-based AI interactions.

3. User Obligations

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to keep your login credentials confidential.

• You are responsible for all activities under your account and agree not to use the App for any unlawful or prohibited activities.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• All content provided through the App, including text, images, videos, and AI-generated responses, is owned by or licensed to Shankha and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• Third-Party Content: The App may feature content from third-party platforms, such as YouTube or other internet websites. We do not intend to infringe on any copyrights. If you are the owner of any content featured in the App and wish to have it removed, please contact us, and we will promptly address your request.

• You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the content without prior written permission from Shankha or the respective content owners.

5. User-Generated Content

• Users may submit content, such as comments, feedback, or user stories. By submitting content, you grant Shankha a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute the content.

• Shankha reserves the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is deemed inappropriate.

14. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Delhi Courts, India. And Delhi Courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to entertain any dispute arising out or in any way touching or concerning these Terms and Conditions.
